2nd Trip to JB!

As you all would know, the last JB trip was a total disaster. So Since Cobby took a day off on Friday, we decided before hand that we'll give it another go!

Can't wait...

This time we were more prepared. Cobby picked up some white cards from a cousin and topped up the fuel tank while Jolie takes her usual noon time nap. I cooked her dinner, made her milk, packed her bags and filled up the white cards before she woke up so that when she does, we're ready to go!

During dinner with Zinc and friends a few days ago, I complained about how we got lost and everything. The funny thing was, Zinc knew exactly what we went through because she has done exactly what we did! So she advised me which way to go and we were very confident that we're gonna make it this time! Sure enough, we reached JUSCO within an hour's drive! YEAH! Success!

We made it!

The shopping centre was very big, so I guess the happiest member of the family that day was Jolie, as she gets to run around freely without bumping into people. We had something to eat before we explored the place - I had this Ipoh Hor Fun from this Old Town Kopitiam. We the food arrived, I was shocked that it's soupy.

I thought the order was wrong! But when I taste it, YUMMY! The soup was light but very tasty, very 鲜! Cobby ordered the Curry Chicken Noodle that was too jalat. He just couldn't finish it. So we walked around, bought some stuff before heading back to the JUSCO supermarket. We had some great savings on the formula milk and diapers, among other things, so it was quite exciting. No wonder so many people buy from JB. Cheap! We ate dinner at some Japanese restaurant recommended by Cobby's cousin. The food wasn't fantastic, and the service was super slow! So nothing good to mention about.

After the mediocre dinner we headed home. Jolie, as expected, snoozed all the way back home, but thankfully woke up when we reached home so that we can bathe her. Cobby and I were brimming with confidence with the success of this trip. On the way home we were even talking about how we can go further next time. How we'll become experts in travelling to Malaysia. "Map? No need lah! Let US show you how to go! Hahaha!" :D So yaya...

But if we gonna do that we'll definitely invest in a GPS. At least the chances of getting lost would be lower with that.
