Located at East Coast Park, I was expecting to have the whole place to ourselves. Afterall, it's MONDAY. When we got there, we were welcomed with a full house of screaming kids and so many parents, the only seats left for us were uncomfortable bar stools.
Jolie was so excited, she couldn't wait for us to put down our things! But as excited as she was, she was still a little comprehensive about going into the indoor playground by herself. So she made us crawl (she walk, we crawl) along with her through the narrow tunnels and up and down the slopes. Personally, it was REALLY fun, I felt like a kid again, but man, it was tiring!!!
Cobby and I had to take turns to rest our poor backs. Sigh... old already! But Jolie was just filled with limitless amount of energy!
Interestingly, the place was populated mainly by Japanese mothers. It's like a big party for them, the whole group with their fashionable clothes and branded handbags. There's a no outside food rule there, but their table was filled with muffins, cakes, cookies, chips, along with some in-house food and drinks. So they were chatting away happily as their children go crazy at the playground.
I like the place and I would probably go back again with Jolie. I forgot how much it cost, but I like it that,
- their gates are always locked for safety.
- they check everybody's temperature before you go in, so no sick kids.
- everything is relatively clean and new.
- there is a lounge for the parents with free Wi-fi.
- you can settle lunch there with kid-friendly menu.
Other than the adults suffering from sore bodies, everybody had a great time. Great place! Check out their website.
